PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
D8 has been provided MEP and HVAC design services for this 10 storied with single basement commercial cum residential building situated at Kazipara, Dhaka. Total plot area is approximately 12.5 Katha.
From ground floor to 3rd floor it has been designed as commercial space. From 4th to 9th floor it has been designed as residential block which has comprised with 5 units in each floor.
Two lift core and one stair has been provided for circulation. Basement is serving as parking zone for 20 nos car, also for sub-station and generator room.
Separate entry has been designed for commercial entry and apartment entry.
The buildings facade is very much attractive with eye-catching design by selecting proper elevation treatment devices.
